Today in math we learned about subtracting integers. The rule for subtracting integers is when you subtract integers you simply add the opposite to get the answer. You must show your work.
Ex. (-6) -(+8)
First you bring down the (-6) then you change the subtracting symbols to a adding symbols to make e opposite.
(-6) - (+8)
(-6) + (+8) = (+2)
